Rachel won First Place in the Art Contest today. Not paint, this time, but sculpture. I can't wait to see what she made. I know what it is...and I can't say cause it is a present for Grandma (wink wink) but I haven't seen them as yet. She did some paint last year, just for fun, and ended up in the NW regional competition finals for the Boys and Girls Club. She is so Artsy Fartsy...I love it. She is also the next contestant on Fear Factor. Ok...not the Real one...just a mock game they do. And they don't eat bugs'n stuff, but more like really gross food concoctions. Seafood smothered in mustard and BBQ sauce...stuff like that. And the physical legs of the game include the fastest kid to climb the rock climbing wall etc...
Life, is pushing forward. It always does, like it or not. And so, I just keep on walking.
