On the brain

You see a whole lotta stuff from your knees, on the kitchen floor. Ew. The underside of my refridgerator has seen better days. Like when I first moved in.

Where does that stuff come from? It isn't even like it is from stuff just getting pushed under there. It is a substance I have never seen. Billowy, germ ridden fluff compiled of cat hair and dust and...something. It was nasty. The underside of my Oven didn't have that crud. Nope. Just the standard "I haven't seen the light of day in about 6 months." look to it. I think my 'Fridge was planning a take over. Rebelling against the veggies and Smart Ones that now occupy it shelves.

I succumbed to the "Nook and Cranny" urge yesterday. I couldn't help it. Once I started, I couldn't stop. I am sure Lysol appreciates me. Normally I can't stand the stuff and I find something else to use for my disinfectant. But they have some stuff that smells pretty good now. Mmmm lavender. :) Yeesh...I must still have the urge. Otherwise, I wouldn't be foaming at the mouth about sanitizers.

Today, I need to make a run to Goodwill. I have 5-30 gallon bags full of clothes, 1 bag of shoes, 2 lamps and a dressing table to donate. The cleaning of my closet last weekend went well. It is amazing what you find when you go looking. First off, I can actually walk into my walk in closet and second, I can actually see what I have. Tops and Blouses on one side, Skirts and Slacks on the other. I also found this little black dress I have always wanted to wear but didn't have the confidence. Part of me is hoping that by the time I do, It will be too big. ;) I bought it a couple years ago, when I had lost some weight before, thinking I would be in it soon. Yeah, well, that didn't happen. So in my closet, it sat. And, sits.

Ugh, enough about cleaning. I went to my niece Chloe's 5th Birthday party yesterday. She is such a cutie patootie. Her favorite thing is Tinkerbell. It really suits her too. She is the teeniest 5 year old you'll ever see. Chloe is very petite and has the sweetest little pixie face. When you see her flutter about the room, you can't help but giggle to yourself a little. I swear I have the cutest Nieces and Nephews.

Enjoy your Sunday.

The stuff under the fridge is just gross. It wasn't even so much cat hair, but just...fluff. Fluff that I hadn't seen on my kitchen floor for it to be attracted under there in the first place. It's a mystery...

Yep...Lavendar Lysol. I can do this stuff. Makes my home smell clean and purty! I am surprised you don't have it in California. Usually our town sees the new things a day late and a dollar more. (resort town) More expensive, but no sales tax!

I have yet to make it to Goodwill. I ran out of time today. Maybe you could just tell your friend that you have some things you can't use anymore, that she might like and you thought of her?

Yeah, Chloe is a sweet name. It really suits her :)
